Kalifa Hickinson

Born and raised on St.  Maarten, Kalifa has a master’s degree in communications and 15 years corporate experience in the travel industry.  She’s lived and worked in Florida, New York, St.  Maarten, London and Spain, yet St. Maarten remains home.  Kalifa previously led marketing and communications at SXM Airport, honing her commercial real estate skills by overseeing a diverse portfolio of 30+ retail and food & beverage concessions.  Committed to excellence, integrity, and contributing to St. Maarten’s development, she transitioned to real estate, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a unique blend of local insight and global experience to the real estate landscape on the island.
